Masterclass Terms and Conditions:
Your space in the masterclass is reserved only once full payment has been received. Upon a successful purchase and registration, a confirmation email including a payment receipt will be sent. If you have not received such an email, you may contact via the website to enquire about your registration and payment.
Ticket purchases are non refundable. If you are no longer able to attend the event, you may pass your ticket to someone else to come in your place. Notification on transfers must be received at least 24hrs prior to the masterclass commencing and acknowledged by the organisers. This is to assist on communication of tool access and resources for the masterclass. Failure to do so may result in less optimal experience during the session.
In the lead up to the masterclass, email reminders will be communicated to all registrants. In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend and fail to transfer your place, tickets are non transferable after the session.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the masterclass, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety standards and procedures on premise. The organisers hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to persons or personal property during the masterclass. You agree to hold full responsibility and liability to any damage caused to person or property during the masterclass.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a masterclass if the minimum attendance requirements is not met. Registrants will be given at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling. In the event the masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled, a full refund or credit will be given to the registrant.
